At BigDaddyLee’s Salsa, we take pride in the quality of our small-batch products. Because our salsa is a perishable food item, we have established the following policy to ensure safety and fairness for all our customers.


Food Product Returns

To maintain strict food safety standards, we cannot accept returns on any food items, regardless of whether they are opened or unopened. Once a food product has left our facility, it cannot be returned for resale or refund due to safety regulations.


Damaged or Defective Items

We want your salsa to arrive in perfect condition. If your order is damaged during transit, we are happy to make it right.

To qualify for a replacement or refund for shipping damage:

  • Proof of Damage: You must provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the original shipping packaging.
  • Resolution Options: Upon verification of the damage, you may choose between:
    1. A full replacement of the damaged items sent at no additional cost to you.
    2. A full refund for the cost of the damaged items.

Shipping & Handling

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
  • Shipping Methods: We ship using reliable carriers to ensure your salsa arrives fresh and intact.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How long does the salsa last?

Unopened jars are shelf-stable for up to two years. Once opened, please keep refrigerated and consume within 3–4 weeks for the best flavor and freshness.

How spicy is the salsa?

Opinions vary, we consider the heat levels as “Mild” with a little bite”  You can add some salt to lessen the heat or some black pepper to give it a little more kick, really it can be that easy.

What if I don’t like the flavor I ordered?

While we hope you love every jar, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on personal taste preferences due to the perishable nature of our products.


How to Start a Claim

If your package arrived damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
